Loads of channels missing please help!!

hi i have just done a new scan on my box and have lost around half the channels im guttered please help

Have you added any Tvs or other boxes to your setup since your last scan?, usually getting rid of all the splitters in your setup, then re-scanning will get them all back for you.

hiya mate no havent changed anything just thought would do a scan to see if can get espn but then wiped half the channels off

Ok what sort of scan did you do, just a manual one or a power scan?, and what box have you got?

sorry should of said its a eurovox 5000pvr i done a deep scan then tried a fast install and still nothing

Dont know alot about the 5000 sorry mate, im still having trouble getting Espn on my Max V, over to you Bad apple sorry.

i have just cleared data back to factory default and now re-scanning

did you save a CDF file for your favorites and stuff mate? might be worth a try to dump them back on your box and see what happens doing a channel update rather than a full scan with your old CDF on there, dont know if it will do anything but its worth a go.

Did you use the correct symbol rate for your area?
Are u getting any pay channels?

6.952 i think is the correct symbol rate for north east in sunderland

OK, try both 6.952 and 6.887 but dont for get to do clear date/factory reset each time.
