eurovox 1000sl no or bad signal

hey guys, i have just moved house and took my eurovox 1000sl with me and it was working fine on the tv in my old house but now all thats coming up on my tv at new house is no or bad signal, the connections are all the same i was wondering if anybody could help me figure out what is wrong.

Have u checked if the line is "LIVE" in the new house?
Are u paying for any services?

is the feed live? and is the same provider in that area? thats two things id check first myself mate

It sounds like his cable feed is not live. You can check that the cables are connected to the white box from the Brown/Blue box on his outside wall, but most likely he is disconnected in the street cabinet.
