eurovox 5100pvr is not turning on

Hi My box is not turning on it comes on for a second and goes off, it look I have downloaded wrong software on it.

Can any body help please how can I reflash it. When I try to reflash it says downloading and at 90% it says download fails, then it goes dead again.
