    Virgin coming round...

Hi there, I pay a subscription, and basically my old pace box has stopped working so they are coming around next week give me a replacement/technician to check the old box, basically, i will take my eurovox out and hide it obviously

But, It will be my first time turning off a Eurovox and disconnecting it, and I don't want to damage it.

How do i do this, basically do I switch it off from the remote first, then at the mains, then remove the cable line (screw off the adaptor) then plug it into my old box (pace) and leave the pace box there, and just plug in the power.

When I come back to put my eurovox there, do I put the adaptor on, and just plug it in simply and will all my channels be stored in there etc or not? Will I need to re install etc as I did the first time?

    Cheers

Also, are the new Virgin media boxes the same right? Just the same cable which went into my old box will go into the new one which is coming monday? Nothing will change right?
