EurovoX dropped channels Rescan no change,any1 got a fix?

I know my crew in NtHell West yorks all suffering, Most sports gone e4 etc! as anyone got a fix or new firmware to sort this prob? rescaned but no change.

Update your box to the latest softwa*e and then re scan

which box do u have, max v or ex5000?

i have ex5000 but some of the guys have max v just enquiring on thier behalf. as most of them usually ask me when probs occur.

the latest software for the MaxV should be from November mate not October.

Uploading the newest firmware should fix your problems.

I am in West Yorkshire, ex NTL and I have lost some channels including ESPN.

My firmware on the box says:

1.0 ST4 Jan 16 2009 and from what I have gathered here this is the latest for my box which is a EX 5100?

Hope I can get this sorted before UFC airs!?

Try going into menu system and do clear date/factroy reset and then do a deep scan, this should pick up all the channels.

But try a clear data/factory reset and scan to see it u get the lost channels back first.
