Hi and welcome to dk have you tried a power scan on the symbol rate for your area 6887 or 6952 and read this http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...-eurovox-9790/ i have just had a look and your symbol rate is 6952

Quite interested to see how this turns out as a mate is having the same problem, just wondering if the signal could be to strong as the ntl box is right outside the flats, would a Attenuators be worth trying to weaken the signal strength.

Before u can view all the channels u have to flash the box. this is the softwa*e u need >Digital Kaos - Downloads - UFL_EX5100PVR_DarX_16-01-09
