max blue has lost audio

hi all
my max blue lost audio around 6pm it was switched on and i had audio until then, i've done a power scan but i cant get audio even though i have the channels anybody else in the north east having this problem?

this may sound daft but have you tried the mute btn

yes i've tried the mute and volume up and down.

ok make sure the scart is pushed right in

just switched it back on after being on standby for the last couple of hours and audio is back so maybe an area fault .
