Hi Ive got ex7000hd which i downloaded firmware in 2009 as was working well then for some reason it all went blank maybe it was the kids messing with it but im looking for the latest firmware to try again.

can anyone help? please

I had probs with the EPg going blank after a few hours.
By accident I stumbled on this,

Select Alibi channel, then go to menu, usb and data transfer, change to channel list and tbn up to save it to your usb key / usb hdd, after that my epg loaded in full for all channels.

may have been a fluke, gonna try again tomorrow

The only thing that works is to switch off from the on/off switch at the back of the box for a few seconds & back on again
