    Still sending signal in standby?

When my ex5100 unit is on standby it is still sending out a black signal, it does not switch off! The reason this is important is because my TV only has 1 RGB scart (scart 1) to which my Sky box is connecting. Now i used to have my previous cable box connected to the sky box (which was thus connected to the TV). This way i could turn off the sky box and view cable, or turn on sky to watch sky all through scart 1 using rgb setting than cvbs. However this is not possible with this box as it never switches off! The only solution is to switch it off at the back to watch sky. Now i could hook up this box to Scart 2 on my TV but i can only use cvbs as it's not an RGB scart!

    Is this normal?

I have noticed this with my ex1000. I have to pull the scart from the back of the TV otherwise it stays 'locked' on the eurovox scart. Weird.

Is there no power switch at the back of the Ex1000
