eurovox ex7000hd+ no channels

hi there, im new to this site and to eurovoxs , ive flashed my box and with the unzipped tbn file, rescaned channels but i still only get bbc1,2 itv,c4, and five .
i think ive followed all the guides properly but still no joy can anyone help?

You should try a factory reset and then a deep scan. Try that m8 and that should solve your problem..

and make sure you scan the right symbol rate for your area 6887 for pure and 6952 for tw.
