help.i havent used my box for a while.plugged it in today to watch skysports.has very poor signal(8 -20 %)cant find my manual.ive plugged cable into box and scart to tv.am i missing something??ive factory rest my box but no joy.please help??

What about other channels? What's the signal quality on them? Any splitters sitting in between the connection?E Pluribus Unum

UPDATE.....have channels but wont de scamble them.have all free channels but not sky etc etc...how do i de-scramble??many many thanks if you can help.

Download onto usb pen.
