    confused!!

I have had a max v for over 18months and just purchased a 7000. Both are on the same cable feed and were both scanned within 15 minutes of one another. However, there are different channels on both receivers 259 on the 7000 and 276 on the max v how can the same line produce different results??

259 sounds about right. You may have duplications on the max. Try scanning the 7000 again. IF YOU USED A SPLITTER , DON'T.

cheers I thought 259 sounded about right too. My concerns were not so much that there were duplicates on the max but that there were channels picked up on there that are deffo not on the 7000
