New eurovox box no display

Hi all,
just got my eurovox ex1000sl all I get on the front is standby or on light. no display of any channel numbers,and wont find any channels, help please

so u need to flash it then ? heres the eurovox v manual is close to you box RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting but u will have to flash it , was it advertised as flashed ?

yes it came with a cable. also the tv wont detect the box

Oh, and with regards to the EX1000SL and channel numbers, this particular model doesnt display the numbers apart from onscreen. The only physical lights/leds are/is the standby one to maintain the appearance of the box. Hope this helps

Lack of knowledge and crap cable connection,
also I did not realise this box shows no display on the front. the manual is rubbish.
