eurovox ex5000, im seeing, ---- 0000 0001 3031??

hi still not sure if my box is a clone but when i turn it on it comes up with four dashes (----). after a short while this turns to the time 12:00. when i switch the box on i can get four 0000 or 0001 and ive also got 3031.....anybody got any ideas whats going on? shouldi just try to flash it with the latest firmware and hope for the best?

did you scan the box , with the correct symbol rate 4 your area , re-flashed with latest files and use cdf for your area see what happens
