                    Hello again

Set port to one . Still coming up as port 4 when i click ufl link. Receiver not detected. Goes to boot mode . I changed COM port to 1 then it comes up no available port.

Is it a port problem or could i have bought a cloned box.

                    thanks again

I'm new to this too and am having the exact same problem as whiskey84. Attaching eurovox 5100 to desktop with vista. USB adapter is on port 8 and have changed it to 2 to match UFL link but keeps telling me no com available. Been trying this since last night. Got my RS232 adapter cheap off ebay - could this be the issue. Was going to pop to Maplin for more expensive model but don't want to waste more money unnecessarily. Also been reading on these threads that works better with XP - is vista the problem perhaps? PLEASE HELP!!!!
