eurovox ex 1000 sl help please no audio/video data... virgin/preston

Hi have the eurovoxex 1000 sl for 6 months now with no problems... but today when turning on the box the channel guide is there but when you click on a channel you get a blank screen saying no audio/video...

any ideas on what to do? i've tried a deep scan and then factory default with symbol rate 6952 for my area.

even the free to air channels don't show, even though once scanned the channel guide is there showing the channels

think i flashed it with UFL_EX1000SL_24-02-09_DarX 6 months ago, but how would i check?

is there a way of manually putting in the codes?

i am having the same problem got the latest firmware even tried the box next door same thing happens i did get the channels going using 30+db of attenuation but that didnt last long then after that no attenuation worked then after 15 min it stopped working again i think there must be a problem with the tuner in the box holding a frequency

re scanned again before i went to bed last night and it came up with updating code message agsin... so i it left over night and this morning it was all tuned in
