Eurovox 7000HD+ Basic Channels (N.West Area)

Please can someone help me with my Eurovox 7000HD+ Box. I have a small problem with the box only displaying basic channels.

I had my box for about 4months now, running the 220109.tbn Firmware with no issues. Late last night(21/Aug/09) the box decided to lose most of the channels leaving me only with BBC, ITV and C4. I've carried out a 'Full Power Scan' and a 'Deep Installation Scan' with no luck. At first it looked promising because all the channels was displayed during the Scan then Saved but when going into the 'Channel List' I only have basic channels.

If anyone else has this problem, please can you let me know. Better still if someone could take the time to help a newbie on his first post it will be much appreciated.

try doing a factory reset on the box then get the latest firmware i think its from march update the firmware and then run a power scan i,ve got the same box and mine is working fine hope this helps m8

Get the latest firmware from here
Digital Kaos - Downloads - *NEW* EX7000HD Firmware 12/03/09
1 Download it onto a usb pen
2 Turn your box off
3 Insert the pen (with the latest software on it) into the back of the box.
4 Turn the box back on and upload.

All Channels are back plus 5 more HD channels, which I never had when running the 220109.tbn Firmware. If anyone else has a similar problem I carried out a 'Factory Reset' and then loaded the new 120309.tbn Firmware and rescanned the box.
