I have tried to download the file but it takes you to a media file sharing site which informs the folder is empty.

Why would this be?

Scotand is not regional like england. A cdf from anywhere in scotland will do.

It a channel dump file, basically its a file which contains all the channels and frequencies and you just load to your box instead of scanning for channels and if youre lucky the channels will have been put in order.
