ex 1000sl signal problem

hi got a ex 1000 sl only getting 8% signal even if i take out splitter and give direct feed still the same plz help

What area do you live ,As I am having the same problem with my 1000sl.
I live in Rawtenstall (Rosendale , Lancs)
On VM (ex CW)
Help from anyone would be appreciated

according to VM service status there are problems in Gloucester and Wigan areas Virgin Media > help > service status > overview : status home

Just tried a friend's starview (the box ) and it works fine.
No picture breakup at all.
All channels working.
Have I wasted my money buying a Eurovox.

hi im in glasgow area carried out deep scan with signal at 8% and jumped to 90% when scan started

mate had same prob fixed with a variable attenuetor

Did that work for you? I basically am not to far with you and having the same kind of issue it used to work perfectly but now doesnt at all.
