Hi i,m a novice when it comes to this sort of stuff , i recently bought a Eurovox and i now believe it to be a clone , after a week of trying to upgrade it i finaly managed it . Then the problem was when i loaded the software and scanned the channels it loaded up and then froze and is now stuck in standby mode and i can not do anything , tryed to reload software but my pc can no longer detect the box,

any help would be much apreciated

You may have to contact your supplyer and return the box.
Which firmware did you use, auto sort ot no sort?

There is a reset switch inside, but you will have to open the box and the warrenty will be void. Even then, if its a clone, i dont think there is a clone safe firmware for this box anyway.

Contact the supplyer and explain what has happened and say you want a replacement.

Thanks i will give it a go , i used ufl ex500o v 2.1 which the supplier emailed me . he has told me to try another one but I cant even see th ebox now to upload anything

Try again to load the firmware with this

Have the box power OFF and try the load and power ON when(if) it asks waiting for response from receiver. If not, youll better off in returning it m8.

Is the reset button in the middle of the main if so i have pressed and still standby stuck on and cant reload any softwaer into box, it cant locate the box to upload . iw ill return thx again

Hi m8 it looks like you have bricked it and if you have opend it up then as badapple said the warrenty will be void your only other option is to jtag it all the help you will need is on here you will have to bye a eurovox jtag ?10 from tmc.i will post the link to tmc if you need it

Is this hard to do , i,m not to clever when it comes to these things , but if you can let me no where to get the stuff to fix i may give it a try
