NEW USER - Need help with Eurovox?

Is it possible to update channels (i.e. when you lose them to 'scrambled channel' screen) without losing the order you store them in? REALLY frustrating!!

i.e. can you update the channel you have lost instead of power scanning and starting again on the Eurovox?

    Thanks!

    Hello m8,
Press info twice and note the freq. Then do a manual/update scan.

Apologies for sounding thick but when you say, manually update/scan.

What is the actual process? (Sorry!)

      And thanks!

If you have the correct firmware,i.e. nosort. Then all you have to do is press info twice, note the number of the frequency of the channel. Then press menu,go to installation then user installation.here you will see a list of all the frequencies, choose the one you want and press OK on that one(a tick should appear). Now just press manual scan(green button on my remote)It will now scan that frequency and hopefully find the channels that you have lost without messing up your channel order.

Thanks mate - will give this a go.

Did this last time and it started from new and got rid of all my channels. Must have done something wrong.

          Will try again!
