Eurovox ex7000 hd - is this firmware up to date?

It says Jan 14 2009 V01.01-00 it finds the channels but every channel is saying its scrambled. Any ideas please?

this is the latest one but yours should still be able to descramble the channels but obviously it doesn't so you might as well update
