    Eurovox 1000 set up

I have got the 1000 sl and followed the set up instructions but the box on start up does not show the 4 _ _ _ _ or 4 numbers there is nothing on the display, is it a faulty box ??

I dont think this box has a lcd display,so nothing will show on box, the info will show on tv screen.

then either you have not flashed your box ..or you have chosen the wrong provider to scan

        1. so it's menu..config..system info..and you are looking for software/version 1.0 st4 feb 24 2009 to establish you have flashed your box...if not you will need to re-flash

        2. you may have scanned on the wrong provider...euro is 6952 by default tw..so if you were ntl you have to alter to 6887 and scan on that frequency..

I have checked the software version and it matches what you have stated, so i am re-scanning a deep scan on symbol rate 6.887 and see what that comes back with.
