You could always wait 5 - 8 months to see if nag 3 fix has arrived.

Yes, it should pay for itself in 3 months and nagra 3/IPTV is most likely going to come out a year after VM announce that they are enhancing security They will have to replace old Pace 1000's and will have to buy nagra 2 first before they can buy nagra 3-Think of it like you cant upgrade to Windows Vista from Windows 2000

A crack I dont think will be found for the receiver when it comes. It may be found later(much later), but I dont think one will be found when nagra 3 is released. Its been working in other countries of the world and no one has managed to crack it

I just read a post in the satellite section of the forum from someone wanting to get dish installed as his Eurovox is useless as VM have moved to N3 in his area.Are they moving slowly into Nagra 3 area by area?And if so,if that poster would pls tell us his area?

Also,I found on youtube some videos purporting that a fix for Nagra 3 is imminent.Any news about this.Pls search 'Nagra 3 fix' on youtube

N3 on cable tv has not come to UK yet, its in ntl Ireland.

You will hear countless rumours on N3 crack. i dont think this will be cracked for a very long time yet.

Cable & Wireless couldn't make it pay, NTL couldn't make it pay, I was surprised to see Vermin Media buying it -- with the cost of cable installation.......

I am now the only peep still on Cable in our street - all the others have gone to Sky... this can't be helping repay the high cost of infrastructure !! I'm still with VM because the BroadBand is great BTW!!
