Eurovox 5000 pvr

Can anyone help, I just got a 120gb hd for my eurovox, the box can see the hd, I can press record and see my recordings in the pvr manager, but I can not play back.
Why is this and can anyone please help me.

when i first set mine up i had to delete the first recording then start again and that worked,make sure the hd is set in tight.

take it out and start again,,they are a bit fickle at birth..
