can any body help me please. my euovox max V is stuck on standby. it will not change with remote or the box controlls.the red light will not change from red to green

That happend to me when i first bought my box, but i did manage to return it to where i bought it and he changed it ??
Have u tried down load'n new firmware ( connect to PC ) that mite work ??
