help with ex7000

Hi can anyone help
I am a newbee and this box is messing with my head can you help I got a new ex7000 I down loaded the dumpman file and the flash but the dumpman does not
Recognise the flash as a proper flash is there anywhere i can get a dumpman with the flash aready on it.
