hi guys call me boring but i get a scrambled signal on my racing uk and my other channels are ok,can you help me please,, and i did try going into the freq area on my box and put that tick against it and let it update but still nowt,,,,,,any advice for this old timer would be great,thanx.

Hello old man, if youve tried the manual scan and no luck, then you will have to re scan. do a clear date/factory reset and
re scan using the correct symbol rate for your area. remember after the re scan the channels will have to be re arranged in order again.

Or just manually delete the channel then do a update channel scan then you wont have to sort your bouquets again.

What box model have you got?
A factory reset and re scan will normally pick up all the channels

ive got the ev5100pvr and ive also noticed that i have only espn classic on my box,,is there anymore i should have mate?

You should be getting ESPN,America and Classic.
Are you able to view pay channels?

yes my friend acn watch sports etc,but dont have espn and some others,my worry with doing a factory reset and re-scan is that everything goes t... up ,if you know what i mean,as ive seen people saying after they do re-scan eveything goes wrong.but if you can ease my mind doing this then i suppose i will go ahead and do it,coz u seem to be the man.
