Hi guys,

finally moved in to my new place, and have set up my box, for any newbies, it was as easy as pie to do the basic set up, i just have a few niggling queries however,

I have picked up over 300 channels (quite a few are random blank ones) I have Sky Sports 2 but not 1!? why is this?

Also the channel list is ridiculous, so i've realised the only sensible way to do this is by using the favourites system for now. Can i record my favourite set up to my computer? if so how?

Eventually i plan on setting up the channels so i can flick through them in a sensible order eg 001 = BBC1, how do i move channels? i've pressed the move channel button and moved the channel but the it won't let me leave it in place!? it just keeps moving it when i move up and down! i've pressed okay when in place and that didn't hold it there and i've pressed the move button as well and that didn't work!

it seams you have done everything right i cant think why the channel dose'nt stay when you press ok as for sky 1 did you rescan your box when you moved

I've got Sky 1 not got Sky Sports 1, i didn't have the box set up before i moved this was a first install, so i am right when i select BBC1 press the move button, then scroll up to position 1 and press ok, it should stick in position 1 then?

yes thats all i do as i said b4 your dowing the right thing when i first did it i had to press sort then unsort then move
