7000 HD and Aspect

Hi all i have just setup my box for the first time. i flashed it then scanned it and all the channels apeared ... all good so far. Then i changed the settings to 1080i and tv type 16:9. Now as i scroll through the channels i have to press the Aspect button on the remote to put it to full screen. Some channels i even have to change the Tv type again. Is this normal for this FW and will it remember all my setting once ive visited every channel once?

hi, thats a strange problem. ive had to change the aspect a few times but not regular..had mine 4 months, so far so good. used march 09 firmware.
maybe a reflash?

go into the menu
find TV
make sure settings are 16:9
and then make sure the next box down is FF

save and all should be cool
you can do this via one of the coloured buttons, but cant remember which (may be the blue button)
