    Nebie Help please

    Hi All,

I'm looking more for confirmation that a question, but hopefully you guys will be able to help.

I have broadband from a well known provider here in the UK, i have just bought a f socket adaptor, and have connected it to the broadband cable, and plugged this in the aerial socket on the back of my TV. I am now able to pick up Living, Eurosport, CNN etc.

If i buy a Eurovox (still haven't decided on a 5100 or 7000) and have the right frimware on it, will i be able to pick up all of the other channels (such as Sky Sports, Movies, ESPN etc)?

    Many thanks in advance guys

yes! if you are talking about v/m and you update the firmware, look at the red stickies read and digest on the eurovox.

        Thanks guys.

I was talking about v/m (wasn't sure whether to mention it or not). I have done a fair bit of reading on the stickies. I just wanted confirmation.

Thanks for your help and advice.

Now just to decide which Eurovox to get

I just got a EX1000 and it's AMAZING!!! I went for the cheapest one as I didn't want to spend money on a system that *could* potentially go defunct overnight. A PVR would have been nice but I didn't want to risk the extra cash. Knowing my luck I'd throw down on it and VM would change the encryption a day later.
