    Sorting Channels

My m8 has an old Eurovox (dont know what type) he had to do a power scan
and now his channels are all over the place,

Is the eurovox not supposed to sort the channels out itself or is this just
    a feature on later models,

If its just later models that do this I'll have to try and get him a CDF file,
could someone tell me if the CDF files are compatible throught the eurovox range
or do you have to get one from the model your using,

they are all compatable except the 700HD which uses the .tbn format.
your best bet is to do a powerscan and then upload your cdf to the PC and sort it using Voxer then download it back to box
you can get Voxer here Digital Kaos - Downloads - voxer eurovox 1 . 2 installers

When you get you box, update the softwa*e, using the correct one for your box(found in downloads)Then scan using the correct symbol rate for your provider. Sort out your channels using the above voxer link and you can save the channel order to your pc also.
For more info read the red sticky here m8>Eurovox
Or use autosort softwa*e, which will put channels in order.
