Eurovox 7000HD: Channels freezing

Hi, I just bought a new Eurovox 7000HD box from a reliable online shop, finished flashing it and got all the channels after scanning.

However I have an issue with several of the channels, especially the HD ones, they freeze momentarily every few seconds, in the case of the HD channels, they completely freeze after less than a minute and to have them work again I have to change the channels back and forth, however the issue remains.

At the beginning I thought it was a problem of weak signal, however after plugging back in my old Starview 4 box, all the channels were working with no problems, so this is an Eurovox issue. My internet is working perfectly as well and I'm not downloading or uploading anything at the moment.

Is there anything I can do to have the channels show properly? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

After looking around with the menus and stuff, I noticed one menu that had some % next to the channels, and it happens to be that the channels that are freezing have a very low %, the ones that stop working and make me change the channel are in the single digits like 6%, some other in around 50% just freeze for less than a second every now and then, but it does get very annoying.

Anyway, is there a way to boost the signal strength for each channel, or just to boost it at all?

same thing as my box bbchd freezing the other night only for a second or 2 if it is signal strength is there any way to boost it

Are you using any splitters. If you are i have read somewhere that fitting a Konig signal booster before the splitter will help.

Never had that problem before if i loose channels i tend to rescan and that normally sorts it.
