Eurovox EX1000SL - Not finding channels

Hi,

I bought a ex1000sl and ive done all the steps that the guides say on here and the box cant find any channels at all. im scanning the right region that was in the document on here but not finding anything.
Do you reckon the box is faulty and should send it back?

Also make sure the cable feed is in the RF IN socket.
