loss of channels

hi last week i lost sky sports2 on my ex5000 and all the channels on that frequency updated channels did not come back did a power scan they all came back on a different frequency.this week lost all channels on frequency 410.00 done a deep scan ect they wont come back at all does anyone know owt in leeds thanks ant.

Hi i'm in Leeds and my red eurovox box has started saying "no signal" on the screen for the last week now, i was told to get an variable attenuator from maplins to reduce the signal but it did not work

no signal generally means what it say's..your input feed is not there..check your cable and make sure it is in the proper input socket

ant..when you scan you need to scan without splitters on your main feed..and sometimes you need to factory reset and rescan without splitters..have ah try at that

hi all i am in leeds i am in the same boat as you lost some channels ie m and motors, disc bravo and more. hope some one can shed some light on the problem.checked all wires all ok no splitters help pls

do a manual scan ..

go into menu / installations / 0000 / click ok and u see a green click , down press down arrow to the next one and press ok again , do this on all the channels then press manual scan

done all the scans still with no luck,still lots off channels say no signal.i amm using a eurovox blue

SPLITTERS and SCANNING

ant..when you scan you need to scan without splitters on your main feed..and sometimes you need to factory reset and rescan without splitters..have ah try at that

If the MODEM and Vermin STB are SWITCHED OFF and UNPLUGGED.... can you get a decent scan on a EUROVOX without removing the splitter???

I'd appreciate your thoughts
