i have same problem in leeds m8 on ex5000 lost one frequency number cant get it back at all

Sky Movies HD and ITV HD are not available theough cable.

Just do a user scan highlighting all the frequencies.

itv hd is only on freesat , and as with the sky movies u can only get them if you buy a hd bundle from sky.
