Hi I have a eurovox ex5100pvr which is working fine except there are some channels which shows a very bad crackly picture and sounds like ducks quacking. i wouldnt mind so much but it is espn channel that it is on and that the channel i wanna watch ive tried retuning. it happens on other channels that are less important to me as well. Please Please any sugestions would be greatful many thanks

Press the "info" button on your remote twice and you sould get a level and quality reading of above 80%. Same thing happened to me and I cured it by changing the splitter with one that gave me a 3db gain. It increased the signal quality from 70% to over 80% and it all looks fine now.
