ev max problem

hello people , my ev max has stopped working . when i scan all the channels come up , but they dont work , it says on the screen no service or something.

i hope you can help me out here .

so u have no bbc ? and your cable is in the rf slot on the back

well the feed is fine mate , because it finds all the chans , im from london mate.
