    ev max red emulatiom an emm capture help

    i have a eurovox max red do i need both emulation on as well as emm capture an what is emm capture for please thanks in advance

          the way I see it is emmulation capture locks onto the channel making it easier for the firmware to decipher the encryption codes
          most boxes will work OK with it off but the odd few won't or take a long time before the channel unencrypts, I would have it enabled
