    Eurovox 7000 stuck on logo

Hi, im having a few problems setting up my box. Have spent all last night and quite a bit of tonight trying to set it up. Currently when i turn the box on it boots up and has a 'Welcome to HD' message on the LCD display and a logo with the model name and a red background. From here none of the buttons work on the remote or the box itself. The remote is working as i can see the infrared flashing on it.

    Model EUROVOX EX7000 HD
    H/W V1100004000101
    S/W V01.01-00
    Last Update Mar 3 2009

Finds loads of transponders (takes approx 20mins)
    131 Mhz up to 684Mhz 6952 KSym 64QAM

When trying to scan channels the screen went black about 1% into scan. I left it for a few minutes then thought something was up so i turned it off and back on again and then did a user setup to find the channels from the all transponders it found. It found a load of the channels and then i saved them. No picture appeared on the random channel it picked, but it did have an info bar up at the bottom with the channel name 'Motors TV'. I left it a few minutes (as i was expecting a updating codes message from what ive read on the forum). Turned it off and back on again.

Now its stuck on the logo.

Ive tried flashing the box a number of times with different versions of the firmware available (including the FTA one).

Sorry im new at this, but ive checked the forum for tips on this model and couldnt quite find this subject covered. TIA

Ta for that, i thought as much. I thought id give it one last try this morning and it managed to boot up onto BBCHD but would then reboot after a few minutes and either reboot properly or get stuck in a loop.

Ive contacted the supplier and waiting for their reply.
