EURO_VOX max Blue NO Signal

Hi ive my eurovox is displaying NO SIGNAL on the tv screen its got the right firm ware in it with the latest updates, it lets me scan and gives a list of all the channels ,the symble rate is correct,but it still says NO SIGNAL, the line is ok as i have tested my other box on it and dont get any problems, any help is appreciated

when your scanning have you got a splitter on the line if so take it off...do a factory default makesure you have the right symbol rate for your erea when scanning as well hope this helps...one other thing try re flashing your box again then scan this has happend to my blue euro before re flashed it then it was ok

I had same problem !

Same thing happened to me - I did a factory reset and full power scan and now it's working fine.
