eurovox max v problems Time to throw it out of the window??)

Hi guys iam this close to giving my Eurovox max v a proper shooing!
whatever i do i cannot get a steady signal
    tried all the usual stuff
    Tried a signal booster
    Tried an attenuator
    tried with splitters
    tried without splitters

Recently moved house (it was fine in the old place!) could this be an issue?
I have a Vermin internet feed could that be the problem?
how long is a piece of string????
On a serios note any help would be most appreciated.

dose the internet feed and tv feed come through a splitter if so remove this or you could try it on the internet feed if you can get it to reach your tv

I would be interested to hear some of the suggestions you get. I have just loaned a Eurovox Max to a friend, after upgrading to a StarView 4, and though it worked flawlessly here for the 3 years, it does not see, to like it at his house. Either some of the channels are pixelated or he sets the channels up and the following day a lot of the channels have disappeared.

Yesterday he updated the firmware, I never found the need to update it from the one a friend originally put on at the end of 2006. I spoke to him earlier today and he did say that he thought it was an improvement. Personally, I will not be convinced until it has been "stable" for about a week.

I think it is similar to your problem as it was _perfect_ here.

Thanks for the input guys, yes it does go through a spltter, so will try it through the internet feed first then remove the splitter entirely, not holding much hope but hey what have i got 2 lose, i think it has something to do with going through a live vemin feed, as the old place was a discontinued ntl and it worked a peach! shame as iwas going to upgrade to th ex7000HD dont ewanna risk it though waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

a live feed and a discontinued one would have the same signal strenth thay cut the channels but leave the signel you can tell vm that your subed box has a poor pic on some channels and thay will tweek it up a bit

I'm also having problems with my eurovox max, it was working fine and now isn't picking up channels....I hope it doesn't give up after a couple of years
