    No Sky Sports 2, extra or sky sports news

    hi all I'm new to the site.

    got a problem with my Eurovox el1000 sl

    when my mate fitted it last month I had all the sky sports channels and everything was fine, over the space of the past few weeks I've been getting some channels saying scrambled channel (none of the sports ones) but because one of them is Liverpool FC channel I was told by him to do a deep scan and I did this, all worked fine went on my channel list and I have lost Sky Sports 2, Sky Sports Extra and Sky Sports New's

    can anybody help me please

          Hi m8 and welcome to the fourm b4 you do a deep scan do a factory reset first and remove any splitters and use a direct feed to the box you can replace the splitter after the scan

              Ive just started another deep scan, if this doesn't work how do i do the whole factory reset

                      what does this bit mean?

                      Please before you get started check and double check that you have the cable feed pluged into your "RF IN" and not the ANT socket.

                          What that means, is sometimes people put the cable feed into the tv ariel socket(ANT) of the box instead of the cable line socket(RF) by mistake.

                          This does not apply to you as you have channels.
