Blurred HD channels

all the HD channels on my EX7000 are blurred, anyone out there know why and how to fix it?

Also i've heard talk of a new firmware possibly coming out anyone know any more about this?
I'm currently running the March 09 version ok but an absolute pain when you have to do a rescan.

Hi m8 you will have to use a hdmi cable and we are all waiting on a new firmware kryptview are bringing out a hd box with a full epg next month so i hope that eurovox get the finger out and fix the bugs or people will go for the kryptview

yeah mate using HDMI but still getting the blurred HD channels but all other channels are ok.

Whats the kryptview?

this is a kryptview KryptView.co.uk i dont have one but i have read that thay are mutch better supported firmware wise than the eurovox

Press "Source" button on TV remote and select HDMI 1 or whichever HDMI socket you use. If like me you have other things like dvd player attached to TV then it will prob start up with EXT1 as source.

Have you tried adjusting your TV's sharpness setting?

That kryptview hd box looks good.

I think oldsparkie is getting confused with 'blurred' and 'scrambled'.I also have a eurovox and all my hd channels are scrambled.Are v***** using N****a 3 on these channels?I am running my eurovox into a marcus 750 with hdmi lead into a hd ready tv.All other channels are sweet.

no mate not getting mixed up at all. They were all viewable but a bit blurred, but there all ok as of a few days ago.
A mate told me he had the same problem when he first got his virgin box and the engineer had to do something in the box at the end of the road. Maybe it was a problem the providers hardware. Anyway its fine now.
