hi,could anyone tell me if it is possible to enter the keys manually/scan on the ex5100 and if so how, cheers

has your box been flashed as those options are not available if it only has the free to air firmware on it

thanks smoggy that will be the problem, this is a friends box and am trying to sort it remotely ! nightmare.
