lost colour on eurovox 7000 hd

can anyone help

was watching and noticed the screen was not full size

went into the tv settings on the box tried to change the settings

now I got picture but in black and white

tried the signal through another tele and that was black and white as well so its not the tele

help please its like being back in the 50s

try reseting the factory settings this should sort it out.afterwards you will have to rescan

when you go into the tv set up what are the corect settings I keep trying different changes but still its black and white

1...Turn the box off with the switch at the back. Wait a minute then turn back on This will reboot the box.
2 ... Make sure your HD cable is in (both ends) correctly.

As I do not own one of these boxes this may be nonsense but is it a PAL / NTSC issue ...if your Box is ouputting NTSC and your TV will only accept PAL then you will get B&W ...and visa versa
