got my ex1100 usb a few days ago and now when im watching channels its comes up say "card slot 0 in card slot 0 out" and the channel den frezzes ? any suggestions

I'm sorry but I don't know the answer...... However, with the box being new I would suggest you contact your Supplier and he may swop it out if it's faulty??

You'd have been snowed under with replies by now if this was a regular occurance !!

but quite a few ppl have been having the same problem . but i re flashed it an it seems to be ok now , lets hope it stays like that

You may not need to re-flash. Just factory reset not keeping any channels, then re-scan or reload your channel list. That seems to usually fix it

What did you do that caused it to appear?

didnt do nothing it appeared by itself

I have had this although clicking the menu button makes it go.

I am also having a issue with the EPG in which nothing is appearing unless I go to the channel.

I am within a pure NTL area.

i am having this 'card slot 0 in card slot 0 out' problems aswell. It goes after you switch the box off from the mains, but comes back again. I got the lastest firmware, have reset the defualt setting, and i have also flashed it. Anyone got any idea how to solve this problem

I get this at least once a day. I get rid of it either by changing the channel and then going back to the original, opening up the EPG and the selecting the same channel again, or turn the box off at the mains for a minute.
