some channels lost

hey guys, wondering if someonecan help me.

i had a powercut in my home, and so my eurovox max v went off, got power on again and switched on box and nothing, so tried to update channels, nothing, then i tried factory default and scan nothing again, so loaded on the 8% fix firmware as was getting 8% signal strength and got my channels back but some are missing, most notably of which is sky sports extra(which is what im most worried about as this is where rangers champions league games tend to be shown).

so im hoping someone can help me out.

Hi m8 why did you put the 8% on it did you have it on b4 if not try this Digital Kaos - Downloads - eurovox max firmware do a factory reset then a power scan

ok it's not letting me do that, it just comes up with an error message in the webpage.

the channels i dont have i have found under the listings of tvch1,tvch2, etc but they are all scrambled if this helps
