Eurovox 7000HD - Transponders

I have ran the flash update, run a deep scan and then it shows 5 results on the transponder scan that show the Mhz, KSym and QAM results for each. When i select one and run a scan it brings the split screen up that shows TV CH : 0000 and the Radio CH : 0000 in two boxes and the Progress Bar, Strength Bar and Quality Bar at the bottom of the page, but i still can't seem to get any channels?? What else can i try?

are you using the correct symbol rate for your area 6952 is the default change it to 6887 do a deep scan and see if that helps

yes but it's not a frequency it's a symbol rate it's worth a try it wont do your box any harm and it may be the right one

i have tried that and it brought up just one result and still doesn't find any channels in the symbol rate.... Sorry to be a pain but any other ideas??

Hi m8 i just read your post again you say it shows 5 results on the transponder then you select one and run a scan , dont do that, do a factory reset then menu > deep installation > ok > the symbol rate will be 6952 try that first then press the blue btn to scan , if it finds any transponders just leave it about 15 min's to pull in the channels if you dont get any joy go back change the symbol rate to 6887 and try again

I had same thing happen to me! Tried different symbol rate with no joy. So reset to factory default and tried on the original symbol rate and all channels came up at second attempt!
