How do you save channel list on ex7000?

I have sorted all my channels out on my ex7000. But I am now worried encase I lose any channels like I use to on my old max v box. I use to just update my ex5000 by pressing the red button and all the channels stayed in order. I also had it back up on pc via dupman! But there dosen't seem to be an update on ex7000, just rescan. and I am not sure how to save channel list on pc. Any help would be appreciated!

press menu > usb > data transfer > green btn tbn up > scroll to channel > then blue btn this will put them onto your memory pen then transfare to your pc. to rescan press menu > user installation > press info btn to select all tp's then blue btn scan

i have no problem with that most of my m8 are huns

Could you tell me if you went into the user installation menu to do this, as I've just tried it and it messed up my channel order, I should have backed it up first

yes m8 user installation > press info btn to select all tp's then blue btn scan this should not mess up your fav's

Thanks chic, tried that m8, when I go into user installation and press info button it doesn't select all tp's, but I then pressed the blue button to scan and it messed them again m8

what firmware is on it use the 12/3/09 when you press the info btn all the tp's should be checked with a blue square

ok m8 i have one of them 2 to update channels just press menu > installation > user installation > ok > red btn update channels. good luck.
